  (Spacale or compound is always used to touch up dings and dents before painting.)

  (Repaint or New)

        SIDE NOTE FOR CONSUMERS...

All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to state and standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the initial agreed upon work involving extra costs, will be executed only upon your written orders. All Agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. ORDERS CAN BE CANCELED WITHIN 24 HRS OF SIGNING DATE & CHANGED UP TO 2 WEEKS BEFORE SERVICING DATE...Materials purchased before cancelation or contract changes will incure a $50.00 servicing fee and/or full material cost fees.

Waste material will be discarded by the Purchaser after service[s] requested is completed. If Led is found during the servicing process of any millwork removal, “Trimworkx + Painting” can not and is not responsible for any fine for improper disposal or handling fees. Furthermore, it is understood there will be a limited amount of dust created due to cutting & sanding of millwork…Plastic will be installed and dust prevention taken into consideration, and “Trimworkx + Painting” will clean up every day for ease of living, but it is understood there will be cleaning to be done by the customer or a cleaning service. Cleaning service payments is not the responsibility of "Trimworkx + Painting"
